His favorite smoothie:
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein
- 1 handful spinach
- dash of chia seeds and hemp seeds
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
“Honestly, the biggest reason I love smoothies is convenience! I can pack a bunch of super healthy ingredients that make my body work into one blender and boom, out the door I go with a killer, healthy option in under 5 minutes!” -Paul

“The banana Paul uses in his smoothie is a rich source of phytonutrients and is packed with tons of vitamins and minerals. Spinach is great for iron intake as well as getting large amounts of Vitamin K and Vitamin A. Both are fat-soluble vitamins which means they are absorbed better when eaten with healthy fats like from the nut butter and hemp seeds. The healthy fats also make this smoothie more filling! Paul adds some fiber to his smoothie from the chia seeds, which is great because most people don’t have enough fiber in their diets. Finally, the protein powder helps with muscle recovery, making this smoothie an optimal post workout drink!”
